Language Proficiency Tests

Partly in cooperation with other language schools, the Language Centre is currently offering four language proficiency tests in two different languages. For further information on test contents, test dates and registration please refer to the respective menu item.

If you need to pass a language proficiency test in order to study at a German university, please find out in due time which language proficiency test is required. If you have any questions about studying at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University, please contact the Student Advisory Service (Allgemeine Studienberatung) or the International Office (Akademisches Auslandsamt).

German as a Foreign Language:

• DSH (German Language Proficiency Test for University Admission)
• TestDaF (Test of German as a Foreign Language)

English:

• TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
• TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication)
